职责描述： 

1主要负责高校等科研市场，通过各种渠道完成开发潜在新客户的任务； 
2制定相应的营销计划，并定期向营销总监进行工作汇报； 
3可以独立进行销售拜访以及产品演示技巧；
4对潜在客户进行定期跟踪；
5跟进指定的销售区域，及时向销售总监反馈客户信息，确保正确跟进客户要求；
6详细记录客户拜访与销售活动情况；
7定期提交销售进度报告；
8完成月度和年度销售目标；
9定期安排客户培训，及时处理客户的各种问题；
10维护重点客户，并挖掘其更多的服务需求，维护与客户良好的业务关系。
11协调公司资源，负责完成所负责销售区域的科研产品的市场推广和宣传工作； 
12负责管理所负责区域内的客户信息的有效管理。

职位要求： 

1医药，化学/化工，材料或者生命科学等相关领域本科及以上学历，硕士优先； 
2.诚实守信、品性端正、勤奋努力；
3精通Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件，具备制作客户提案及营销策划建议书的能力；
4业务开发和销售思路清晰，能独立并积极为客户提供方案支持；
5具备顾问式销售技巧，出色的客户沟通能力，能承受较强的工作压力；
6工作责任心强，具有良好的服务意识和敬业精神； 
7具有较良好的人际沟通及协调能力、团队协作能力、计划与执行能力；

Job Summary： 

The Account Manager uses initiative to generate new business with pro-active attitude. Generate leads from cold calls and makes personal visits to customers to discuss and demonstrate online products in a consultative manner and make new sales to meet targets.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and develop customers in academic and life science corporate segment Get sales appointments through independent sales calls and presentations Follow up on sales visits and closing sales.
Formulate territory plan and program to achieve the sales target.
Keep records of information gathered from customer visits for business development. Submit timely and correct sales paperwork and reports.
Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Assist with customer training and customer-related issues where necessary.
Attend and support trade shows, special events and conferences as required Develop and build long term customer relationships

Qualifications:

Bachelor or above is preferred
Major in chemical/life science/pharmacy is preferred，
Experience in software and online database is preferred
Honest and hard-working with a good morality and responsibility
Work as team with good planning and implement skills
With Excellent computer skills, including MS office
Detail-oriented and well-organized
Able to work independently
Have clear thought about BD and can provide solutions for customers independently and actively
Consultative selling skills, good customer communication skills, can work under pressure
